Od premiery „jedynki” cały czas szkoliłem z wysokosprawczości i setki zespołów zadało mi w ciągu tych ponad 3 lat niezliczone pytania. Dostałem ogrom feedbacku, punktów widzenia, a także okazjonalną, konstruktywną krytykę. Wszystkie te wnioski wykorzystałem w trakcie przepisywania książki do nowej wersji. Najwięcej uwagi poświęcam łączeniu rzeczy ważnych i niepilnych (czyli większość kluczowych spraw w życiu – poświęcanie uwagi relacji, trening, nauka, rozwój, remont) z absurdalnie chaotyczną codziennością (czyli ktoś coś odwołuje, przesuwa, dokłada, coś się zmienia, nagle tracimy dzień). Polecam! Nawet jeśli droga do niej będzie trudna! E-book 21 PYTAŃ – BY LEPIEJ SIEBIE POZNAĆ I ZROZUMIEĆ można znaleźć tutaj, w sklepie. Z większą świadomością rozpoznawać i rozumieć swoje reakcje i zachowania. E-book 21 PYTAŃ – BY LEPIEJ SIEBIE POZNAĆ I ZROZUMIEĆ można znaleźć tutaj, w sklepie. Unikanie powtarzających się błędów – gdy znasz swoje wzorce zachowań, jesteś w stanie wyciągać wnioski z przeszłości i unikać tych samych błędów w przyszłości. Beztroska to pełne wolności, swobody i spokoju rozprężenie umysłu i serca. To coś, czego wszyscy potrzebujemy. Chodź, przypomnimy to sobie razem! Możesz go kupić tutaj. W przypadku zakupu w czasie promocji z okazji premiery (do 14 stycznia włącznie) – dostaniesz dodatkowo webinar poświęcony utowarowieniu, czyli jednej z największych “zmor” późnego kapitalizmu! Ten e-book to zestaw myśli, schematów psychoemocjonalnych i rozkminiania filozofii potrzebnej, by przetrwać w trudnych warunkach późnego kapitalizmu. Głęboko w gąszczu badań, obserwacji i profesjonalnych przewidywań trendów znalazłem – tak sądzę – zdrowy schemat poznawczy pozwalający sensowniej radzić sobie z trudami szalenie komercyjnej codzienności. Kurde, dobrze by było. Z takim zamiarem go pisałem. Z tej myśli też wyprowadzam wnioski dla Was – by każdy mógł jakoś to odnieść do własnej sytuacji. :D Pod koniec 2016 roku razem z moją redaktorką, Kingą Rak, wymyśliliśmy, bym napisał powieść w gatunku new adult. Potem powstała koncepcja, by zrobić z tego powieść w odcinkach, serial literacki. Taki bez napinki, z kolejnymi rozdziałami wrzucanymi publicznie na bloga, by społeczność mogła swoimi reakcjami na żywo wpływać na kolejne etapy historii. Pierwszy odcinek wrzuciłem w styczniu 2017 roku, a ostatni – w październiku, dziesięć miesięcy później. Słuchajcie – no chciałem :D W efekcie ta sama Kinga Rak, z którą napisałem oryginał, przedstawiła mi Karolinę Brzuchalską, również doskonałą redaktorkę.
