Multiple power companies, including RP&L, reported outages.  About 150 people were still out Tuesday morning in the Gratis area.  Also in Preble County, residents took photos of what appeared to be a with injuries that were described as non-life-threatening.  A search of jail records Monday morning indicate that no adults involved – if there were any – were booked into jail.  The incident remains was riding an e-scooter when she was struck.  The girl was taken to Reid Health.  Scanner traffic indicated that a medical helicopter was called and that she was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital.  There has no indication that anyone has been charged in connection with the incident.  The driver remained on the scene after the accident and there was no indication that drugs or alcohol were a
