昨晩は普通にお風呂に入っていましたし、格別なにかおかしいことはありませんでしたが、とにかく給湯器の電源が付かない。 試しに他の電気系統は全く問題ありませんでした。 最初にブレーカーを確認してみた 最初に疑ったのはブレーカー。 以前、地震があった次の日にガスが自動停止になっていたことを思い出し、昨晩の雷を疑って、何かしらが原因でブレーカー側で停止したのではないか？と。 確認しましたが、特に問題なし。 ブレーカーを一度落としたりもしてみましたが、直らず。 何かがショートした？ヒューズが飛んだ？ これは電気系統か？給湯器の故障か？？ ヒューズが飛んだ？ショートした？ はたまたここら一体の問題か？ こうなったらもう、電気屋さんを呼ぶしかないか？ 少々焦りながらも、まずは給湯器本体を見てみることにしました。 給湯器本体を確認してみよう！ 他の電気系には問題なさそうなので、家の裏に回って給湯器本体を確認してみました。 中身を見るにはフロントのカバーを外さないといけません。 手でも回せましたが、堅い場合は硬貨などで回すと良いと思います。 そうしたら・・・ 不可解な様子が・・ コンセントに差し込むはずのプラグがぶらーん・・・？！？！ ん？？これを・・・ここに・・挿せばいいのでは？？ と、挿したら・・・ なんだか、ウィーンと音がしました。 汚い写真ですいません。 ↑給湯器の下にあるコンセントの写真です。 ここに挿すはずのプラグがぶらぶらしていました。 給湯器のコンセント部分。汚い画像ですいません。 そもそも、プラグの差し込み口は取れにくくなっているような湾曲型。 これが・・・外れることってあるのでしょうか？ ここからは予想なのですが、昨晩の強風のせいかもしくはタヌキなどの動物が引っかかったかの原因で外れたのではないか？と思います。 我が家の給湯器電源OFF事件の原因は 我が家の給湯器が動かなかった原因は、なんてこったない、 電源プラグが抜けていた だけ。 これでは、動くはずはない(笑) 電気屋さんを呼ばないと！なんて思っていたので、灯台下暗しというか・・＾＾； とにかく故障などではなくてよかったですが、普段あまり見ることがない給湯器。 プラグが抜けることもあるのか・・と勉強になりました。 本当、この2020年。一生忘れられない一年になるのでしょう。 失われた1年、だけど、この先一生関わる大事な1年、という不思議な2020年です。 さて、このコロナ禍で、「家選び」っていったいどう変わったのでしょうか？ 興味深く思っていたので、自分なりの考察とテレビや紙面で知った事項と、まとめておきたいと思います。 コロナ禍で家なんて買うかっ！？と思っていたけれど・・ 主に飲食業や接客業、観光業に携わっていた方々は職を失ったり、時短になったり・・と収入が減った人もたくさんいるのではないでしょうか。 私自身も例にもれず、コロナ禍で飛んでまった仕事も多くあったので、仕事の面、収入の面で大変不安に感じました。 ・・経済は止まってしまった・・ そう感じていたので、おそらく住宅業界も厳しい時代なんだろう・・と。 でも、実態を見るとそうでもないようです。 テレワークで住宅事情も新しい様式に 大きな変化と言えば「テレワーク」ですね。 今年はテレワークが推奨されたことで「出社」がなくなくなったことで、住む場所が限定されない、という方もいらっしゃったのではないでしょうか。 そこで、「仕事に出社するための家」から「仕事するための家」になり、外出が減る一方で「楽しむための家」にもなり、より「家」の役割が重くなったのではないかな、と推測します。 「働く」ために郊外の物件を探す人が増えたらしい 都心に住む人は、出社がなくなったことで、必ずしも会社へのアクセスを加味した場所にいなくても良くなりました。 また、家で働くために「働く環境」の方が重視されるようになりました。 そこで、子供がいる人なんかは、家族の生活音や声が聞こえにくい部屋がある家を求めたり、同じ家賃ならば、もう少し広く、景色を楽しめるような郊外に引っ越したり、そういう動きがあったようです。 なるほど、田舎に住んでいるわたくしには分からないですが、「テレワーク」ならば、「駅」や「バス停」などの観点がなくなりますから、住む場所はどこだって構わないのです。 交通の便の良さ、がコロナ時代ではそれほど重要ではなく、逆に「過ごしやすさ」「仕事のしやすさ」が重要ということですね。 「密」な集合住宅より一戸建てが人気？ 今年はとにかく「密」や「接触」が嫌われたので、家に帰るまでにエレベーターや手すりなどに接触しなければならない集合住宅よりも、限られた人しか触らない一戸建てが人気だったようです。 アパートなどは仕事がしやすいメゾネットタイプや小さくても仕切りのある仕事部屋になりうる部屋がある物件が求められたようです。 ハウスメーカーもいち早く「抗菌」素材をアピールしだした 新築注文住宅メーカーや建売住宅でも、変化がありました。 いち早く「抗菌」素材をアピールしだしましたね。 壁や手すりなどにやたら「抗菌」素材を使って、クリーンな家と謳いだしました。 また、やはり仕事がしやすいスペースを設けたり、玄関のすぐに手洗い場を設けるなど、【コロナ禍らしい仕様】となっていたのが印象的です。 特に印象深かったのは、 ・玄関を入り、靴を脱ぐ前に（もしくは入ってからすぐ）手洗い場がある・玄関にクローゼットを設け、中に紫外線のライト・家中に空気清浄機 などなど。 家の「殺菌」「除菌」「抗菌」などがキーワードになっていたようです。 既存の家でも使える菌グッズあれこれ では、ここまでは新しい家の話でしたが、既存の生活でも抗菌」「除菌」グッズが多く登場しました。 効果はいかほどかは分かりませんが、いくつか気になるものをご紹介しておきます。 ハンガー近くやクローゼットに使いたい紫外線のライト 確か、ハウスメーカーがつけていたのがこのような仕様の除菌ライトでした。 クローゼットや玄関近くのハンガー近くに両面テープで貼れば対応できます。 眼鏡やマスク、スマホの除菌に 個人的に気になったのが、マスクや眼鏡などに使える、ボックスタイプの消毒グッズです。 家の鍵や小物を入れておくのにいいなぁーと感じています。 歯ブラシ除菌器も・・確かに！ 確かに歯ブラシの除菌も大切ですね。 これはコロナ関係なく、普段から対策しなければならないのに、意外と盲目です。 我が家ではとにかくファブリーズの消費がすごかった 我が家の例ですが、取り急ぎできることとして、除菌スプレーを拭きまくりでした。 さすがに新型コロナが感染拡大しはじめた3月、4月には店頭から消え、手に入りずらかったですが、うちはもっぱらファブリーズの「アルコール成分入り」。 子供がいるのでアルコール入りは避けてきたのですが、そうは言ってられなくなり、店頭で見つければ購入しておりました。 これからどうなる？コロナ禍での生活様式 新しい生活様式、という言葉が言われたこの1年。 ワクチンができたとしても、すぐには前の生活には戻らず、「新しい生活様式」がある程度定着するのではないか？というのが私個人の見解です。 もしかしたら、テレワークが当たり前になって、都心の高層マンションなんて安くなるかもしれませんね。 田舎の自然豊かな暮らしが見直される時代が来るかもしれません。 それの続きで、今回は、家にバーチャル遊園地を作ってみたー！ です。 ・・と言っても、家に遊具を並べるわけではありません。 そもそもはコロナの影響！自粛生活のせい！ コロナウィルスのせいで、今年は全然外出できませんね・・。 ストレスも溜まる一方です。 ストレス解消には、大きな声を出したり、外で思いっきり体を動かしたり・・そんなことが大事だと思い知りました。 「できないこと」が増えていく中、反動が出たのは「お出かけしたい・・」ということ。 春が過ぎ、ゴールデンウィークもどこにも行けません。 私遊園地でも行きたいね・・ なんてことから実現したのは・・・ 遊園地に行った気になってみよーーーっ！！   ということ。 今、同じような需要があって、遊園地のアトラクションに乗った気になれる映像がたくさん出ているのですよ！ 例えば、富士急ハイランド公式ユーチューブ。 「おうちで富士急」として、バーチャル体験ができる映像がアップされているんですよ！ 富士急ハイランド有名な絶叫系コースターが乗った人目線で見れるんです！ バーチャル映像を150インチプロジェクターに投影してみる！ エプソンのプロジェクターに、プレステをつなげて、ユーチューブが見れるようになっています。 （アマゾンファイヤースティックやオンライン映像サービスが見れるテレビなんかでもOK） 「バーチャル映像」を映してみると・・ ↑実際に投影したものをカメラに収めたもの。 実寸大くらいでめちゃめちゃ臨場感あるーーー！！！ めっちゃ、バーチャル体験です。 ギャーーー！！ ぎょえええええ！！！ ぐぅへぇええええ！！！ （何度も言いますが、上の画像はユーチューブのキャプチャではなく、スクリーンに投影したものの写真です。） ほんっと、乗っているみたい(笑) 新型コロナウィルスの影響で自粛生活なので、お家の中でどう楽しむか、が、我が家の課題です。 当然、テレビを見る時間も増えるのですが、ネットフリックスを契約したので最近映画を見ることが増えました。 子供向けの映画も多く、我が子も楽しんでくれるようになり、映像を流すと「電気消してー！真っ暗にしてー！」とせがみ、2時間ほどじっと静かに見てくれるので、テレワークでも助かっています。 そこで立ち上がったのが父ちゃんです。 我が家にホームプロジェクターを買ってきました。 さて、ここからは我が家を映画館にするまでの記録です。 映画館化するのに目を付けたのは、一面の壁！ まず、我が家の寝室は壁一面がクローゼットです。 こちらのクローゼットは主に季節ものの洋服を入れており、あまり開け閉めしないのです。 クローゼットの前にはベッドがあります。 ここに投影できれば、寝っ転がったまま映画が楽しめるのではないか？ということから始まりました。 ででで、早速、旦那さまが買ってきたのはエプロンのプロジェクター。 旦那様は安いものを検討していたようですが、意外とこだわり派なので結局は10万くらいのいいやつを買ったみたいです＾＾； 最新版は無線LAN内蔵のようです。 本体だけ見ると高価なものですが、プロジェクターは他にもメーカーはいくつかあって、割とピンキリであるようです。 安いものなら3万円くらいでも手に入るようです。 映像には詳しくないので比較はできないのですが、とにかく旦那様はエプソンのプロジェクターを購入してきました。 とりあえず、映してみた！ この時点では、まだスクリーンは購入してなかったのですが、本体が手に入ったのでとりあえず映してみました。 スクリーンをつけてないので、収納の扉や取っ手が目に入りますが、でも、見ている分には意外と気にならず、意外とこれだけでも十分。 画面の大きさはプロジェクター側で調整できますが、目一杯広げると、150インチくらいが最大でできる感じでした。 ちなみに、クローゼットの逆側に、ちょうどよい飾り棚（今でいうニッチになるのでしょうか）があるので、こんな感じで本体を置いています。 スクリーンはびっくりするぐらい安い(笑) さて、映像が投影できたら、お次はスクリーンです。 スクリーンは天井から自動で降りてくるカッコいいものや床置きで下から上へ伸ばすようなものなど諸々あります。 電動タイプ↓ ロールタイプ↓（画像は100インチ） こんなやつとか。   が、我が家はプロジェクター本体にお金がかかってしまったのと、150インチと大きいので、私もう、白いロールカーテンでよくね？ とか 旦那でかいシーツ貼る？ とか言っていたわけですが、結果、布製のやっすいスクリーンを上から垂らす、ことにしました。 布製のやっすいスクリーンというのは、おそらく中国製？でアマゾンやオークションなんかでたくさん出ています。 ただの布、で、ピンを使って貼るタイプのやつです。   で、布だし、届くときにしわっしわなんじゃね？とか不安だったのですが・・・ 意外と大丈夫でした(笑) 私たちが買った布製のスクリーンは、小さく小さく折りたたまれて届きましたが、ストレッチ素材のものなので、シワにもなっておらず、まぁ、素材は手が透けそうなほど薄いですけど・・ね、暗くなればそれほど気になりませんでした(笑) はい、こんな感じになりました。 150インチのスクリーンをどう吊るす？ スクリーンには金具を付けられる穴が開いていて、フックのようなもので止めるのですが、我が家は上から吊るすことを選択しました。 布製のスクリーンにはこんなフックが付属でついてきました というのは、フックで突っ張らせると、シワやつっぱりが生じるのと、使わないときはなるべくキレイに片付けたい、天井や建具に穴をあけたり傷をつけたくない、設置場所を替えられるように復元をちゃんとしたい、という思いがあり、クローゼットの上に棒をつけて吊るす、という手に。 150インチを吊るす道具は100円ショップでそろえる！ そもそも150インチのスクリーンの横幅は3ｍほどあります。 この際、天井にS字フックをくっつけて、ながーい物干し竿をひっかける案もありましたが・・ →　もし物干し竿が落ちたら危なくない？ ということ。（しかも物干しざおだとだいぶ長いのが必要） で、白羽の矢が立ったのがこれです↓ 園芸用の支柱！ 長い支柱もホームセンターで売っていますが、長いとどうしてもしなってしまうのと、購入から運ぶのに結構な手間がかかるので、どうしようか・・と思っていたら、ダイソーにこんなすごい奴が売っていました。 連結支柱！！！！ これ、すごい。2本入って100円！！ 先がこのように凸と凹になっていて、連結できるんです！ しかも、どこまでも長くできるのです これを4本つなげて、長い一本の竿にして、ひも付きの洗濯ばさみでつまんでひっかける！ ひも付きの洗濯ばさみも100円ショップで調達しましたが、こんな感じのやつ↓ 文字で伝えきれないような気がしていますが、こんな感じです↓ 次に、ながーい竿をクローゼットの扉にどのようにひっかけるか、という部分ですが、これもまた100円ショップで良いものを見つけました。 なぜ、スクリーンにフックを通す穴がついているのに、わざわざ洗濯ばさみで挟むかというと、スクリーンについている穴のみですと、間、間がたわんでしまうので、わざわざカーテンのように洗濯ばさみで挟んで調整できるようにしました。 ドアフックー！！ これだと、スクリーンをクローゼットの扉に直接かけることができます。 扉から少し離したりくっつけたりと距離を調整できるので便利です。 何よりも、天井や壁、扉などに穴を開けたり、両面テープを貼ったりと汚さないのがいいところ。 連結竿も長くすると、けっこうしなるので、左右だけではなく、ポイントポイントで数か所引っかけた方が良さそうです。 したがって4個ほど使いました。 近寄った画像ですとこんな感じです！ これで大体できあがり！ まとめますと・・・ 映画館化で買ったもの プロジェクター本体／EPSON10万円くらい スクリーン150インチ／3000円くらい 連結竿　2袋／100円ショップで　200円 ドアフック4個／100円ショップで　400円 洗濯クリップ　輪っかがついているもの。6個ほど使用／100円ショップで　200円 プロジェクターの本体以外は、お安く手に入れました。 まぁ、園芸用の竿だったり、洗濯ばさみだったり・・デザイン的にはカッコよくないですが(笑)、暗くすれば気にならない(爆 給湯器を交換するとき、どのようなことに注目して選んでいるでしょうか？ それほど頻繁に交換する機会がないので、なんとなく ・前回同様の最新バージョンで！ ・このくらいの号数で！ ・〇万円くらいで！ ・光熱費が抑えられるやつで！ くらいで選びがちですが・・。 給湯器はどう選ぶ？失敗しない給湯器の選び方！ 実はいうと、我が家も入居する際に給湯器をすべて入れ替えました。 給湯器は寿命は10年～15年程度らしいですから、リフォームのついでに入れ替えました。 その際に特に私どもからメーカーの要望などはせず、リフォーム会社さん任せにしました。 もちろん、お見積りは来ましたが、メーカーくらいチラ見して、おまかせーという感じでした。 給湯器なんてどこも一緒でしょ？と思っていたのです・・。 でもね・・、つけてみてちょっとばかり後悔したんです・・。 なぜなら・・操作パネルがダサい(笑) これ、そんなに違いはないと思っていましたし、別にどんなものでもいいわぁ～と思っていたんですよ。 でもね・・つけてみると気になるってもんですよ・・ しかも、操作パネルがダサいからって、「返品交換してください！」ってもんじゃないですよね？ なので、痛いんです。 やっぱり自分たちで選ぶべきだったんだと思います。 給湯器の機能や光熱費など、それぞれメーカーによって機種によって細かい部分は異なると思いますが、一つの目安として操作パネルのデザイン、もひとつ大事な要素だと感じました。 操作性や直管的にできるか 文字は読みやすいか 安全性は大丈夫だろうか？ 家、部屋、風呂場のインテリアやイメージに合っているかどうか  などを考慮して、選ぶのも手です。   ※浴槽のタイプによって付けられるor付けられない機種もあります。 操作パネル選手権をするならノーリツに1票 日本のメーカーですと、ノーリツ、三菱、リンナイ、パロマあたりになると思います。 それぞれのサイトやカタログを見て回って、操作パネルを見てきました！ （戸建用、標準20号で調査） 勿論、好みはありますが、全体的に都会的なイメージのデザインはノーリツかな、と感じます。 しかも、ノーリツは操作パネルを選べる機種もあります。 スダンダードタイプでも温度が大きく表示されており、見やすいですし、直線的なデザインがおしゃれです。 ノーリツのサイト： パロマもシンプルでおしゃれ 分かりやすく、直管的に操作できるわかりやすい操作パネルならパロマ。 ノーリツの操作パネルの「シンプルタイプ」に似ているデザインですが、飽きがこなそうです。 パロマもオプションでリモコンや操作パネルを選択できます。 パロマのサイト： ↑ボタンをカバーで隠さないむき出しタイプもあります。 給湯器に欲しい機能はこれ！ ガス給湯器で一般的な機能が、特にお風呂の機能で ・自動 ・追い炊き ・たし湯 ・たし水 あたりですが、最近では光熱費を抑えて効率良くお湯を沸かす「エコジョーズ」もあります。 標準以外で注目したい機能は？ 大体、どのタイプも同じような機能を押さえてあるとして、設置エリアによっては ・凍結予防 もあった方が良いと思います。 というのも、数年前の寒波続きの冬では、給湯器の凍結でお湯が出なくなった、故障した！というニュースがありました。 いざというときに凍結予防はあった方が安心なのでは、と感じます。 ・配管クリーン これは、浴槽の機能でもあるかもしれませんが、給湯器の配管はキレイな方が良いと思います。 給湯器をつけてしまえば、もう、配給されるお湯に我々は頼るしかありませんし、特にお風呂で汚れた水が出るようになってしまっては最悪です。 我が家で欲しかった機能は？ さて、我が家で「給湯器の交換失敗したな・・」と感じたのは、操作パネルのダサさだけではありません。 あって当たり前だと思っていたある機能がついてなかったのです・・・（後から気が付きました） それは・・ 高温挿し湯 です。 追い炊きとも異なり、熱めのお湯を少しだけ入れてお風呂の温度を温かくする、というものなんですが・・。 使ってみると便利でした。 というのも、引っ越す前に住んでいたアパートの給湯器がこの機能があり、追い炊きするまででもないときにちょこっと足せて便利だったんです。 字面だけ見ると、小さなお子さんがいるご家庭だと心配と思われるかもしれませんが、お風呂に入っていると結構お湯が減りますし、追い炊きだと温かく感じるまで時間がかかる気が。 また、給水部分が割と熱いお湯が長い時間出されるので、高温のお湯をパッと入れてパッと温かく感じられる「高温挿し湯」は一石二鳥。危険な時間を減らす、という意味では有効でした。 この機能、意外と気を付けていないと、入ってないことが多いのでご確認あれ。 各メーカーで見つけた気になる機能 各メーカーのサイトを見ていて、気になる機能があったのでご紹介します。 ノーリツ：見まもり（給湯器本体とリモコンに内蔵されているセンサーが入浴時の人の動きを感知。入浴者の状況を台所リモコンにLEDランプで表示。） お子さんやご高齢者がいる場合、お風呂が長いと心配になったりませんか？ ノーリツの「見守り機能」は、お風呂の人の動きを感知してリモコンで見れるのでいいですね！ ノーリツ：UV運転：浴槽内のお湯を循環させ機器本体に搭載しているUV除菌ユニットを使い、菌の増殖を抑制。 またまたノーリツの機能なのですが、配管などの洗浄機能は各メーカーありますが、UVをつかった除菌は特殊でしたね。
