The CB2 receptor and its role as a regulator of inflammation. The Hempcrete Book: Designing and Building with Hemp-Lime .

<a href="; style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="clip_image002" border="0" height="480" src="; style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="clip_image002" width="421" />

<a href="; style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="clip_image004" border="0" height="293" src="; style="background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; border-right: 0px; border-top: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="clip_image004" width="527" />

We spent two nights there which was plenty time for us to explore. We made a half-hearted attempt at following the cat trail but abandoned it in favour of just wandering. I'm sure there's much we missed, but we visited the main tourist sites including Clifford's Tower, Jorvik and the Minster. Standing in the long queue to get into the Minster afforded plenty of time for photographs. We also enjoyed a little bit of shopping - not too much though, I'm not much of a shopper! If you are,then there is an amazing variety of shops to visit.

I've still a few more Yorkshire pics to sort and share. I'm getting there!

<a href=" src="; alt="" ISMAP />
2016/02/york.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (andamento)22tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-110545709667707541.post-5746084075017579622Sun, 07 Feb 2016 16:02:00 +00002016-02-09T21:39:59.542+00:00Helmsley and Rievaulx.Rewinding to October... here are some images of Helmsley Castle and Rievaulx Abbey from our trip to Yorkshire, after leaving Staithes and before arriving in York. We followed the advice of walking to the abbey from Hemsley (parking space is limited due to visitor centre rennovations). It felt a long walk there, but as always seems to be the case, a much shorter walk back again (6 miles in total). It was rather a murky day so the photos don't do the sites justice, particularly the abbey which is rather amazing. As you will see, I enjoyed trying to photograph the local pheasants. Also, look out for the friendly puppy in the cottage garden near the abbey...

<a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; Life will start to get back to "normal". I've really enjoyed the holidays and haven't done any work at all! Schools here don't go back till Thurs (we didn't break till the 22nd) so there are still a few free days to enjoy yet.

Here are some outdoor pics from over the holidays. The first is a much zoomed in sunset pic from the back door. Then there is a set of photos from a short solo bike ride. To mark the end of this, there's a photo of the cat pretending to be an ornament on the piano(!), then a series from a family walk we made round the Formakin Estate. Next there's a picture of the cushion tapestry which has consumed much of my time these holidays, and to finish, some shots of a sunset over the loch during a family bike ride. There has been very little blue sky to be seen - we've made the most of the dry weather but the skies have been mostly grey, even on the "good" days. Fortunately we've not been affected by floods which have blighted unluckier parts of the UK. I think we've all had enough rain now...

<a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="374" src=";
