10513AM è vivo.<br />salvatore2010/05/racconti.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (Unknown)0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5334611017822171639.post-7003466558718022036Sat, 15 May 2010 22:03:00 +00002010-05-16T00:13:27.687+02:0010513AM ... fine della prima puntata ...<em><span style="color:#999999;"><span style="color:#cc0000;">E' mezzanotte</span> e il silenzio mi circonda, un silenzio pieno di voci, parole, suoni, odori, sapori, immagini ...</span></em><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">Daniela e Susanna stanno caricando le ultime cose e Marco, sempre pesente, le aiuta!</span><br /><span style="font-size:85%;"><span style="font-size:180%;color:#cc0000;"><em>Sbam</em></span>, il portellone che si chiude ...</span><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">tra pochi minuti anche il cancello di viamarcoaurelioventuno ci dirà che ...</span><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">si è conclusa la <span style="color:#cc0000;">prima puntata</span> di <span style="color:#999999;">10513</span><span style="color:#cc0000;">AM</span>.</span><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">Buona riposo!</span><br /><span style="font-size:85%;">un sorriso, g</span>2010/05/10513am-fine-della-prima-puntata.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (Giovanna Ferraro-aQsSì)0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5334611017822171639.post-8883170221760000581Fri, 14 May 2010 23:32:00 +00002010-05-15T02:02:37.318+02:00Un fotografo racconta<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471280467264278194" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471280346266770002" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 160px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471280233264692786" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 160px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471280094259515090" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279992029462418" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279904565269746" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279804876640290" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279705349288930" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279453862234146" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 160px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279279205867938" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href=" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 320px;" src="; border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5471279167239323170" /></a><br />All'interno di 10513AM ci si sente in famiglia. They are a young couple, living in NY, and so space is at a premium.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> They were moving into a classic one bedroom apartment, with a small kitchen open to a combined living/dining area, one large window at the end of a long rectangular space. The landlord of their new apartment had graciously agreed to paint for them, including one accent wall of their choosing in the main space. A and B had ideas about what direction they wanted to go, but were looking for some assistance selecting the specific wall color in their new home.&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <span style="text-align: left;">Below is a similar layout, so that you can get the idea…</span></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <span style="text-align: left;"><br /></span></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="; width="274" /></a></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> We moved onto the design questionnaire phase, and they explained that they were looking to add a dark accent wall in the living space - would that work, they asked? Which wall should they paint? What should they paint the other walls?</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> A and B already had a Kivik sofa, upholstered in dark grey, a dark brown entertainment console, and were purchasing a small side c-table with an industrial feel. Their kitchen, which was open to the main living space, consisted of antique white cabinetry and dark grey stone countertops, and the entire space had gorgeous walnut flooring.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> After looking through their pinterest boards, it was clear that A and B were after a slightly moody transitional space that incorporated industrial elements. When discussing the design direction with them, I mentioned masculine as a descriptive word - to which B replied that she definitely wanted their home to reflect that a woman lived there.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> So how to make this desire for dark and moody, add some feminine elements, and make it all work in a small-scale space with limited natural light?</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> First off, I suggested painting the accent wall behind the sofa, and using a dark grey similar in tone to the upholstery. It always makes a room feel more spacious when the largest pieces are similar in tone to either the flooring or the walls, I discussed this in a previous post, <b><a href="; <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> Next, I suggested keeping the rest of the space nice and airy, with a soft white that would work with the Antique finish on the cabinetry. Adding a wall of white linen curtains would soften the space without taking away any of our precious sunlight. A rug underfoot should bring in the grey and the white, to link the two and and some pattern. A glass topped-table disappears visually, but the curvaceous wood frame breaks up all the grey. Copper and gold metal accents, in lighting and accessories, will add some curves, warmth and pick up on the wood tones of the floors. Artwork over the sofa should be glass-fronted, bold and primarily white, or a large mirror would work here to bounce as much light as we can into the space. &nbsp;Of course, a large plant near the window is a must, every room needs life.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="638" src="; width="640" /></a></div> <br /> <br /> <br /> &nbsp;A &amp; B prefer to work with Behr paints, so for the dark grey accent wall we chose the dusky Evening Hush, and then the beautiful soft chalky white Swan Wing for the rest of the walls.<br /> <br /> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <br /> <br /> A &amp; B inquired about which accent colours to add here. A dark grey and white palette, paired with warm woods, naturally lend themselves to greyed pastel or jewelled tone accents.<br /> <br /> My choice here would be to add a little femininity through some amethyst accents, look at the difference in feel created by simply adding a few throw pillows…<br /> <br /> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <br /> <br /> <br /> As a side note, as shown on the sofa, I found an Etsy seller,<b><a href="; ArtPillow</a></b> whose textiles are printed with her original artworks, offering up some pretty spectacular swirling explosions of colour available as shower curtains, pillows, and duvet covers…<br /> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <br /> <br /> Colorlicious, right? Art for your sofa. Dying.<br /> <br /> <br /> Okay, I am easily distracted by art and colour, but getting back on track :)) every consult has one main driving issue, and this one was how to use a dark colour in a smaller space with one window..<br /> <br /> There were four things to take note of here:<br /> <br /> 1. Using a similar wall colour as the sofa, the largest piece of furniture in the space, groups them together as one, visually, and keeps the room feeling more open.<br /> <br /> 2. Large, primarily white art fronted by glass bounces light into the space.<br /> <br /> 3. Painting out the other walls in a soft white, and using a floor-to-ceiling white window treatment, allows for maximum light and minimizes visual clutter on the other walls, allowing the room to "open up".<br /> <br /> 4. One element should bridge the gap between colors, here the rug fills that need.<br /> <br /> <br /> My clients were very happy with the end results, which is the main focus around here…<br /> <br /> What do you think? She has a fabulous arts and crafts meet industrial loft, and decided that her console table in the living/dining room was looking a little lonely. Voila, another art wall was in the works… thought you may enjoy seeing what I came up with here.<br /> <br /> <span style="text-align: center;">If you know me at all, you know I prefer to support and invest in original works whenever possible, and Etsy is my favourite place to play :)) so get ready for a juicy list of Etsy sellers ahead!! The space over a console table is the perfect place to indulge in a little art grouping, it's something I incorporate in most of my clients interiors.</span><br /> <span style="text-align: center;"><br /></span> <span style="text-align: center;"><br /></span> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> As you can see, A. has fabulous taste and a great design sense.&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> She has chosen perfectly scaled pieces with the right lines, materials and style for her home.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> This drop-leaf table and chairs pull out and double as a formal dining space when guests come over, clever right?</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> First off, we needed to centre the grouping on the wall.&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Next I chose to incorporate the<b>&nbsp;<a href=" Germain Swing Lamp</a></b>, which offers soft mood lighting on an everyday basis and task lighting when the area is used for dining.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> The existing buffalo print is fantastic, it just needed a little company,&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> some smaller pieces that still allow it to be the focal point.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> By hanging this off centre we can work out a more interesting arrangement.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> A <a href=" </b></a>offers up some sparkle, and an interesting shape breaks up all the rectangles.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Over top, a romantic <a href=" photo</b></a> perfectly suits a young couple.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> For balance, &nbsp;a pair of prints beside the light reference the white in our other framed works,</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> &nbsp;but add softness and modern elements.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> The <a href=" collage</b></a>&nbsp; print up top is by my current favourite art crush,&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> a post on her work will be up shortly - it's too good!</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> The nude represents a piece A. already had which we wanted to incorperate...</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Since A. resides in the Pacific NW, and we have used feathers in her wall art previously,</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> &nbsp;a <a href=" headband</b></a> adds some texture to the grouping.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> Beneath, a wooden <a href=" city map</b></a> represents a place close to my clients heart.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> The <a href=" bits</b></a> on the table are from West Elm, and link the elements common to this space.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> A. loved the grouping, but wanted to swap out two of the pieces -</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> incredibly, she already had the Horse Photo in her bedroom,&nbsp;</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> and she preferred to use a feather element that didn't make an cultural reference.</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <br /></div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> We looked at a few substitute pieces… to replace the horse photo…</div> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; That means Ikea cabinetry is far more common than custom cabinetry. That doesn't mean you have to settle for humdrum finishes and door styles, however. I remember something about 40 acres and a mule</span>).&nbsp; He took his entire savings and bought a piece of land from a farmer.<br /> <br /> "It's good land," the farmer said.&nbsp; "Lots of potential.&nbsp; It will yield you a decent crop."<br /> <br /> Excited at the idea of one day harvesting a great bounty, the factory worker thanked the farm with a hearty handshake.&nbsp; Then he walked out and sat in the middle of the field.&nbsp; He imagined all the crops he would enjoy.<br /> <br /> Over there would be corn. On the other side carrots and cabbage.&nbsp; On the end, he'd grow turnips.&nbsp; He loved sweet fruit, so he'd have strawberries and blueberries too (<span style="color: #b45f06;">can all of these different types of foods REALLY grow on one piece of land so close together??</span>).&nbsp; It would be pure joy to eat food grown from a field he owned.<br /> <br /> The factory worker spent a long time imagining his harvest.&nbsp; He barely noticed the changes in the weather.<br /> <br /> One crisp cool day, the farmer found him lost in thought in the empty field.<br /> <br /> "Oh hello," the factory work said when he stopped day dreaming long enough to notice the farmer.&nbsp; "What are you doing here?"<br /> <br /> "I got my harvest in.&nbsp; I thought I'd see if you needed a hand with yours."<br /> <br /> The factory worked blinked (<span style="color: #b45f06;">rapidly I suppose</span>).&nbsp; "I don't have one yet. (<span style="color: #b45f06;">no really?</span>)"<br /> <br /> "Didn't you plant any crops?"<br /> <br /> "Well I bought the land, I guess I though..." (<span style="color: #b45f06;">just like a man to think...no offense</span>)<br /> <br /> "You thought that it would grow on it's own?" the farmer asked, mouth dropping in disbelief. (<span style="color: #b45f06;">I would have been rolling on the floor laughing my you know what off!!</span>) <br /> <br /> "It doesn't work that way.&nbsp; The land's just the beginning.&nbsp; You have to put in the work to see a harvest."<br /> <br /> <b>The moral of the story</b>: Just because you started your own business, online or otherwise...doesn't mean you are going to see a profit or be successful. Starting the business is the beginning. Let the real work begin. You will have to invest time and money into educating yourself about business, your target market, your customers AND work to promote and market your products and services.&nbsp; It's a never ending deal.<br /> <br /> <b>Keep up the work and look for your harvest.</b><br /> <br /> **Words in brown are mine for emphasis!<br /> <br /> See you next time........when I have something useful to share. In the meantime, check out my newly written <a href=" less recipe here</u></a>.2010/04/need-some-motivation.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (FineNaturalHairandFaith)0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6886083868052435172.post-6797288591431957491Wed, 24 Mar 2010 17:01:00 +00002010-03-24T10:01:40.181-07:00balancing a home business and day jobday jobhome businessWorking 9-5<b>Do you work 9-5?&nbsp; Is your time cut short promoting your business due to your day job?&nbsp; Are you having difficulty balancing your day job's responsibilities and your home business?</b><br /> <b><br /> </b><br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="; /></a></div><br /> I feel your pain.&nbsp; Balancing having a day job and a home business can be daunting.&nbsp; There are however, things you can do to keep your sanity.&nbsp; I've been working on some strategies that I think can help.<br /> <br /> Check out this article I recently wrote on <a href=" to Balance Having a Home Business and Day Job&nbsp; </a><br /> <br /> Also, come back here and share your strategies for balance.2010/03/working-9-5.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (FineNaturalHairandFaith)0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6886083868052435172.post-3645642995071314624Sun, 14 Mar 2010 21:33:00 +00002010-03-14T14:33:38.067-07:00copybloggercopywriter ghost dadcopywritingCopywriting and the Benefits<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="200" src="; width="200" /></a></div>One of the big deals in the world of internet marketing and running a successful website is getting folks to buy what you are selling.&nbsp; Many approach the marketing process by offering fancy pictures and listing the features.<br /> <br /> While offering good quality photos that represent your products are indeed important, how you market with the written word is just as important.&nbsp; It doesn't matter if it's your written advertisement, your blog post or your website.&nbsp; What people read is what stirs them to action.<br /> <br /> For me, I've discovered that while I can sometimes be a little comic in my writing as well as keeping it "conversational", I don't know that I'm all that good at copywriting in general. Therefore, I realized that what I don't do well, it's best to pay someone else that does do it well to do it.&nbsp; (A lot of do's I almost got myself confused).<br /> <br /> <a name='more'></a><br /> So, there's a blog I follow that I recommend you follow as well. It's called Copyblogger.&nbsp; It's an amazing resource for online entrepreneurs and I highly recommend you <a href="; to their newsletter.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; They have over 105,000 subscribers and counting<br /> <br /> I've learned much from <a href="; and that's where I also met my Copywriter for hire, <a href=" Dad</a>, Sean Platt.&nbsp; Sean is amazing and writes for an audience of one.&nbsp; (exactly what your website needs).<br /> <br /> Check out both <a href=" </a>and Copywriter <a href=" Dad</a>.&nbsp; You won't be disappointed.<br /> <br /> Oh, and I'm not getting any kind of affiliate commission for referring either of these sites to you. It's all about sharing information.&nbsp;&nbsp; Spread the love.<br /> <br /> Lastly, if you are interested in stress and pain management the natural way, you may want to <a href=" to my newsletter</a>.&nbsp; You will receive a complimentary health report in exchange for your email address that I will not sell or share.&nbsp; The health report exposes some critical information about the environment surrounding you.2010/03/copywriting-and-benefits.htmlnoreply@blogger.com (FineNaturalHairandFaith)0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6886083868052435172.post-1458994441008577636Sun, 28 Feb 2010 15:31:00 +00002010-02-28T07:31:59.229-08:00focus on your customermarch madnessncaa march madnesssmall business entrepreneur adviceMarch Madness?<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="; imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="133" src="; width="200" /></a></div><span id="main" style="visibility: visible;"><span id="search" style="visibility: visible;"> <em>March Madness</em> is a popular term for season-ending basketball tournaments played in March. </span></span>The NCAA basketball teams fight to see who will be crowned the number one team form a single elimination tournament.<br /> <br /> Now what's that got to do with your business?<br /> <a name='more'></a><br /> <br /> Absolutely nothing.&nbsp; I just wanted to share that and get your attention.&nbsp; Ok, no seriously this has a lot to do with your business.&nbsp; We are entering the month of March in one day and I want March to be a month you focus on your business like never before.&nbsp; Focus on your marketing, focus on your goals, focus on your bottom line, focus on your focus but more importantly focus on your CUSTOMER.<br /> <br /> <i>What makes the NCAA tournaments so interesting?</i>&nbsp; All of the teams have one goal in mind: To eliminate the competition.&nbsp; Now, of course you are not going to eliminate all of your competition in business but you can make your business stand out from the crowd by answering these questions:<br /> <ul><li>What makes my products different from my competitor's?</li> <li>What makes ME different from my competitors?</li> <li>How can I add more value to my customer's experience that goes beyond selling them products? (Ex: if you sell pet supplies, instead of just selling the product to your customer give them some value and provide them with a list of tips on how to keep their pets off the furniture or how to transition their pet from wet to dry food since it's better for their overall health and less expensive)</li> </ul><b>A couple of the deciding factors for choosing the winning NCAA team during March Madness are:</b><br /> <ul><li>Road record (What's your record like with your customers? Do you sell them and then just move on?)</li> <li>How a team finishes the regular season (Do you only give special promotions and attention during holiday seasons?)</li> </ul>Think about it ladies and gentlemen.
