Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where users find and save ideas, mostly through images and short videos called "Pins." Users organize their saved content into themed collections called "boards," such as recipes, home decor, fashion, travel, or DIY projects. Key features include: - **Pins:** Images, videos, or graphics linked to a webpage or source. - **Boards:** Collections where users group related pins. - **Search:** A powerful search engine for finding ideas by keyword or image. - **Personalized feed:** Recommendations based on a user's interests and activity. - **Business accounts:** Tools for brands to create ads, analyze performance, and reach audiences. Pinterest was founded in 2010 by Ben Silbermann, Evan Sharp, and Paul Sciarra, and is headquartered in San Francisco. It's especially popular for planning weddings, cooking, home design, and fashion inspiration. Is there something specific you'd like to know about Pinterest, such as how to use it, how to create a business account, or how it compares to other platforms?
