HR Talent & Organizational Capability (T & OC) is seeking an Learning Lead to support Digital Transformation efforts. Partnering closely with leaders, the DTO, workforce planning teams, training developers, and external vendor partners, the right candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Space as we broaden our use of technology to improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, quick to establish partnerships and develop key relationships with DT stakeholders, and strong in project management (Learning & Development or other discipline). Areas of impact include but are not limited to: - Leading the assessment of training needed to support the shift to Digital Transformation and the subsequent development of Learning & Development strategies/plans to ress them - Integrate with key Space and Enterprise stakeholders focused on the DT initiatives - Creates and ensures ongoing health of DT Training Workstream - Proactively engaging with stakeholders, including Human Resources, Change Management Leads, Digital Transformation program team, executives, leadership and employees connected to DT efforts. - Designs and develops assessment/success metrics Position will be located in Littleton, CO but may have the ability to telecommute on a regular basis. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Instructional Systems Design, or a related field - At least 10 years of related professional experience, with at least 7 years of experience leading training or instructional design strategic efforts for a large complex organization. - Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to executives. - Well-developed relationship and consultative skills, including proven ability to influence without positional power, ability to establish and maintain broad networks and relationships. - Ability to interact with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes. - Ability to build strong connections and partnerships with internal Corporate and Space partners, representatives and external constituents. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Point, Project, etc.) - Project management experience with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and experience prioritizing multiple high visibility projects. Desired Skills: - Direct experience in Digital Transformation from an HR or Business level. - Ability to think strategically with experience creating and implement detailed tactical, results-driven plans.
