Back playing football (soccer) for the last few months. Enjoying it, but at 42 years old, I wonder just how long I’ll be able to keep up with the 20’s/ early 30’s group I play with.

I enjoyed contributing to the Patchstack bug bounty program over the years, but I respect the evolution of the program. Bug Bounty (and CTF) isn’t the same given what AI can do now (or what it will enable us to do tomorrow).

I now easily record my intermittent fasting times & date to a .csv via my Telegram bot. Possibly the simplest use of OpenClaw, but it works for me.
