The app has gotten slower to open. Take's forever to load on some occasions I have to reset my phone because it won't load at all which makes it impossible to pick up extra shifts or take vto before the oppertunity is gone. I rarely or never get notifications (even though notifications are enabled) that shifts drop for my department. Ex a shift (7:30am - 6:00pm) droped for my department for sept 20th it is full, I never got a notification. Went through all of my previous notification's nothing.

This is an extremely sloppy and poorly made app by Amazon. Most of the time, it fails to function properly, particularly when new work shifts are advertised. Suddenly, the app becomes slow and then completely unresponsive, regardless of how fast the internet connection is. The end result is that we lose out on work shifts. I offer my 'appreciation' to the Amazon developers and software quality assurance teams for designing and maintaining such an awful and time-wasting app.

Usually the app works fine, a bit slow at times but does what I need it to do. After the most recent update about 2 weeks ago, (it's 4/9) I experienced a glitch that prevented me from using it. Kept prompting me to update the app, though it was up to date. After I couldn't get answers I just cleared all the data on the app from my phone, uninstalled, then reinstalled the app and it worked. I read somewhere suggesting clearing the cache, that didn't work I had to clear the data.
